How to Propose a Partnership

1. Complete the Partnership Inquiry Form below.

2. Provide a brief description of your organization and proposed collaboration.

3. Wait for an authorized Chapter representative to review your inquiry.

4. Discuss the proposed scope, responsibilities, resources, and implementation arrangements.

5. Complete any applicable approval or agreement process before undertaking the activity.
